This yoga bolster, made from organic cotton, is designed for practices where there is no rush. Yin yoga, restorative yoga, or prenatal yoga — the bolster gives the body space to open up peacefully, without forcing. Its ergonomic shape provides particular support in backbends and chest openings.

The filling is 100% organic spelt husks, which gently conform to the body's shape and provide just the right amount of resistance — not too much, not too little. The removable cover is easily washable at 30 degrees, keeping the bolster fresh for any use. The zipper on the inner ticking also allows you to adjust the amount of filling to your preference.

A carrying strap makes transportation effortless — to the studio, to nature, or even to another room.
