The ideal way to prepare herbal tea is by infusion.

For one cup (170 ml), put 2.5 g (about 1 tsp) of cocoa powder into a pot.

Add hot water (95 ºC), cover with a lid, and let it infuse for 8–10 minutes. Strain and serve.

- If you like your drink sweet, you can add a teaspoon of coconut sugar.
- Prepare it cold and enjoy a surprisingly refreshing herbal tea during the warmer months of the year.
- Perfect with milk – try adding a splash of your preferred plant-based milk or prepare it as a latte
