Rhoeco - Drink it, Plant it - FOREST

FOREST is a full-bodied and balanced organic herbal tea, where flowers, leaves, seeds, and herbs form a harmonious whole. It draws its inspiration from the tranquility of the forest, slow moments, and the deep balance of nature.

The recognizable herbaceousness of sage and fennel seeds combines with the light citrusy hint of mountain tea and the refined bitterness of herbs. The result is a soft, deep, and long-lasting flavor that feels both fresh and calming.

FOREST is suitable for any moment of the day – a slow morning, a break during the workday, or for winding down in the evening.

Naturally caffeine-free, this herbal tea tastes best when warm, allowing its aromatic flavor profile to fully unfold. In the summer, it also makes for a refreshing cold brew tea.

Grow your own herbs – instructions

Under the lid of this tea package, you will find a seed stick containing organic herb seeds. A small moment with nature begins here. 🌿

1. Find the seed stick

A seed stick containing an organic herb seed mix of the same herbs used in our tea blends is attached to the underside of the lid.

The seed mix contains:
chamomile
mallow
sage
lemon balm
thyme
hyssop

The adhesive used in the seed stick is natural and biodegradable. In the soil, it supports seed growth.

Note: the seeds are for planting, not for eating.

2. Plant the seed stick

Fill the package with soil and place the seed stick about 9 cm deep.

Please note:
do not plant too deep
most seeds grow in surface soil
water lightly immediately after planting
place in a warm and bright location

The best planting time is in spring or summer. In winter, we recommend growing indoors near natural light.

Ideal temperature:

18–25 °C

You can speed up growth by temporarily covering the pot with plastic or cling film to create a greenhouse effect.

If desired, you can write the planting date on the seed stick and monitor growth day by day.

3. Water daily

Keep the soil consistently moist, but avoid overwatering.

We recommend:
using a spray bottle or fine watering
watering in the morning or evening
ensuring the soil does not dry out completely

The first shoots usually appear within about 7–20 days.

4. Transplant to a larger pot or garden

When the seedlings are about 3–4 cm tall, you can transplant them to a larger pot or directly into the garden.

The packaging is made of biodegradable material, which composts naturally in the soil without harmful residues.

As the material is biodegradable, we recommend monitoring the condition of the packaging and transplanting the seedlings into soil in good time.

Dry your own herbs for tea

When the herbs reach the harvesting stage (flowering time for most herbs), you can dry them yourself to make tea.

Here's how:
collect leaves, flowers, and soft stems
dry them in a dark and well-ventilated space
store dried herbs in an airtight container away from sunlight

This way, you preserve the aromas and quality of the herbs longer.
