The zafu is the classic shape of a meditation cushion — round, pleated, and just the right height. This ECO version is made from 100% organic cotton and filled with organic spelt husks that conform to the body's shape as the session progresses. The large seating surface and traditional pleated structure make it a stable base for even long practices.

Especially suitable for traditional meditation techniques — yoga, Mahayana, Hinayana, or Zen Buddhism — as well as cross-legged postures such as Sukhasana, Siddhasana, and half-lotus.

A zipper inside the pleat allows you to adjust the amount of filling to your preferred sitting height. The carrying handle makes it easy to transport — to the studio or into nature.
